DR. Kler, the Best Interventional Cardiologist India pursued his MBBS from Patiala and his MD in Medicine & DM in Cardiology from PGI Chandigarh. Later, he worked in Saudi Arabia, establishing a Cardiology unit in one of their tertiary care centres. Dr. T. S. Kler is the Executive Director, Cardiac Sciences, and Head of department of Cardiology, FEHI, Delhi. Additionally, he is a Director Arrhythmia Service, at FEHI Delhi since its inception in 1991. He has performed around 2000 cardiac diagnostic angiographies and about 300 angioplasties including stenting/atherectomy/rotablation each year. In April 2002, he was the first doctor to implant Combo Device (a combination of ICD & Biventricular pacemaker) in South East Asia. Dr. Kler was the first doctor to start the Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) programme in Sri Lanka & Bangladesh. He was first to implant an ICD in Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore, Pakistan in March 2004. Previous Experience

Dr. Kler completed his graduation from the Patiala Medical College & further did his post graduation & doctorate in PGI Chandigarh. After completion of his qualification from India, Dr. Kler proceeded to the UK to complete his membership of Royal College of Physicians of UK & also to enhance his skills in the field of Cardiology. In 1989, in spite of being very well established in the UK he could not resist the call of his motherland & decided to come back to India, where he joined the Escorts heart Institute & Research Centre, New Delhi.
